Submitting a takedown request
To file a notice, please email the designated DMCA agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL of the content on this site.
- Contact information for the rights holder or authorised agent.
- A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the authorised party.
Counter notifications
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter notice containing:
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
Processing timeline
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the submitting party. If a valid counter notice is received, access may be restored after the required waiting period unless the rights holder seeks a court order.
For efficiency, please include "DMCA" in the subject line of your email and allow several business days for a response.
