DMCA Requests

Instructions for rights holders to submit copyright notices or counter notices for hosted puzzle games.

Last updated: October 8, 2025

Our puzzle game website respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices.

Submitting a takedown request

To file a notice, please email the designated DMCA agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  2. The exact URL of the content on this site.
  3. Contact information for the rights holder or authorised agent.
  4. A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the authorised party.

Counter notifications

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter notice containing:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed and its original location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

Processing timeline

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the submitting party. If a valid counter notice is received, access may be restored after the required waiting period unless the rights holder seeks a court order.

For efficiency, please include "DMCA" in the subject line of your email and allow several business days for a response.
